The last meeting in July 2025, opened with a welcome to new network chairs, then moved on to review membership renewal processes—exploring online payment platforms, card-reader options, bank transfers and integrations with existing u3a software. The agenda next considered whether to designate a first aider at main gatherings, before turning to copyright guidance for music groups, printed lyrics and the use of images in newsletters. Advice for incoming chairs rounded out the discussion, covering handover best practices, committee integration, leadership approaches, strategic campaign planning and succession considerations.
