On 28th November 2025 three of the u3a Notts Network Committee, Chair John Butler, Vice Chair Maria Gabrielczyk, and Network Support Officer Rosie Allen visited Nottingham City Library for the last live broadcast in the BBC Scam Safe Week, featured on BBC Morning Live! (and later on Friday’s edition of the BBC One Show)
We were privileged to be able to conduct a short interview with the presenter and BBC Consumer Expert, Rebecca Wilcox, who has a famous mother with a strong connection to the u3a movement.
